We want you to find your Saathi with confidence. This policy explains when refunds apply.

1. Subscriptions (Pro)

Pro is a monthly subscription. Because matching is immediately available and verified effort is consumed, monthly payments are non-refundable once the cycle starts. You keep access until the cycle ends and can cancel future renewals anytime.

2. Profile Boosts

Boosts are one-time and activate instantly. They are non-refundable once activated.

3. Eligible refund cases

We review refunds for: (a) duplicate charges, (b) verified service outage preventing use for an extended period, or (c) accidental purchase reported within 24 hours with no usage. Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.

4. How to request

Please reach out via our Contact page with your registered email, invoice number, and reason. Our team responds within 2 business days.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — it's faster and keeps your account in good standing.
