The rules of the road

1. Acceptance

By registering or using SaathiOSaathi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to marry under applicable law.

3. Your account & conduct

• Provide truthful information; keep it updated.
• Do not share another person's data, harass members, or attempt to extract personal information via chat.
• Do not misuse avatars or attempt to reverse-engineer identities.
• One account per person. Impersonation leads to immediate termination.

4. Matching & availability

AI and astrology scores are compatibility indicators, not guarantees. We do not guarantee marriage or any specific outcome.

5. Membership & payments

Pro is a monthly subscription (₹1,999/mo, incl. GST) billed via Razorpay. Boosts are one-time. Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions renew at the then-current price.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited in 5–7 business days.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or compromise others' safety.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaathiOSaathi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from member interactions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
